Introduction

CTpathway is an on-line crosstalk-based pathway enrichment analysis tool based on eight pathway databases. We support performing pathway enrichment analysis from KEGG, Reactome, PANTHER, HumanCyc, INOH, NetPath, PID and WikiPathways. Compared with the existing methods, the CTpathway outperformed them in accuracy, robustness, and running time.
